By using Ghbundle.com (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1) Service Overview
Ghbundle.com provides digital data bundle services and related subscription/agent features. Delivery times may vary due to network/provider conditions.
2) Unsupported SIM Types (No Delivery / No Refund)
Our data offers do not support the following SIM types:
- SIM with airtime debt
- Router SIM
- Broadband SIM
- EVD SIM
- Transfer SIM
- Merchant SIM
- Turbonet SIM
- Wrong/invalid phone numbers
Do not place an order for any of the above. If you do, the order may not be delivered and there will be no refund or replacement.
3) Phone Number Verification
You are responsible for entering the correct recipient number before placing an order.
Orders delivered to a wrong number due to user input error are not refundable.
4) Delivery & Status
Order status may show Pending/Processing even if delivery has been completed (depending on provider updates).
Delays can happen due to maintenance, network issues, security checks, or provider downtime.
5) Refunds & Replacements (Strict Policy)
Refunds or replacements are only considered when:
- We confirm the order failed on our side and was not delivered.
No refunds/replacements for:
- Unsupported SIM types listed above
- Wrong numbers submitted by the user
- Successfully delivered orders
- Network/provider limitations beyond our control
6) Agents, VIP & Upgrades (No Refund)
- Agent funding/top-ups are not refundable.
- VIP upgrades are not refundable.
- Any bonus, cashback, or promo credit may have conditions and can be withdrawn if abused.
7) Fraud, Abuse & False Claims
To protect the Platform:
- False claims of “bundle not received” after confirmed delivery may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
- Any abnormal activity, misuse, or attempted fraud may lead to immediate suspension without notice.
8) Account Suspension
We may suspend or block accounts that:
- Repeatedly submit wrong numbers
- Make false complaints
- Attempt chargebacks or fraud
- Abuse pricing, systems, or promotions
- Engage in any suspicious activity
9) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
